Cardiac Rehabilitation is located at Vail Health Hospital. Please see below for more location details. 

Vail Health has offered cardiac rehabilitation since 1999. We are committed to providing exceptional cardiac care to those who have experienced a significant heart event or who are involved in the maintenance and prevention of further disease. Through monitored exercise, clinical support and education, the cardiac rehab team works closely with patients to help them achieve their personal goals.
 
THE REHABILITATION PROCESS
  • Phase I - inpatient education
  • Phase II - outpatient EKG-monitored exercise, sessions available: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Phase III - outpatient supervised exercise: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Pharmacy consults
  • Nutritional consults
The Cardiac Rehabilitation department meets Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards and is American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) certified.
 
Cardiac Rehabilitation Gym: Vail Health Hospital East Wing Tower, 5th Floor
To access the Vail Health Hospital East Wing Tower, patients should park in the Vail Health Hospital parking garage and take elevator E for direct access up to the 5th floor. Complimentary valet parking is also available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the main entrance of Vail Health Hospital, located at 180 South Frontage Road West, Vail, CO 81657.

Once in the hospital, way-finding support is available via volunteers stationed along the patient pathway as well as through digital way-finding solutions using smartphone technology (vailhealth.org/wayfinding).
