Serving patients at 8,150 feet above sea level, Vail Health's cardiac doctors and staff are experts in the effect of high altitude on the cardiac system. We provide a full range of cardiac diagnostic testing, including nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiograms (also called an echo) on a treadmill or bike, or medically induced for those who have difficulty walking. In addition, echocardiography, EKGs, CT angiograms and heart rhythm monitoring services are available.

OUTREACH SERVICE PROVIDERS
Rocky Mountain Pediatric Cardiology offers a pediatric cardiology clinic in the Vail Health Cardiopulmonary Services department and performs consultations for patients newborn to age 18 with suspected or known heart disease. Cardiologists will also see hospital inpatients on clinic days. Consultation by phone is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
