VVMC Now Offers Pharmacy Delivery
Vail Valley Medical Center is pleased to announce a new prescription delivery service. Delivery is now available from the Eagle Valley Pharmacy in the Vail Village and the Edwards Pharmacy during regular business hours including weekends and holidays.
The service is for the convenience of our patients both locals and our visiting guests said Stu Read Pharmacy director at Vail Valley Medical Center.
Deliveries can be made to a hotel front desk or concierge as well as homes and businesses from East Vail to Cordillera. Patients can place orders by calling the Eagle Valley Pharmacy at (970) 479-7253 or the Edwards Pharmacy at (970) 569-7676 before 4:00 p.m. for same day delivery. The cost of the service is $15 per drop off and over-the-counter medications can be delivered with a prescription delivery.
The only pharmacy in Vail Village Eagle Valley Pharmacy is located in the lobby of Vail Valley Medical Center. The pharmacy retails over-the-counter medications has a wide assortment of braces and accepts prescription transfers from other pharmacies telephone prescriptions from out-of-state doctors and multiple insurance plans (insurance card needed). The ski season hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Located at the Edwards Medical Campus the Edwards Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) drug compounding medicine flavoring and is an official provider of Burts Bees. A wide array of insurances are accepted and a large selection of over-the-counter medication are available. Now open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
