We are proud to provide excellent skilled care to people who are unable to leave home for at least a few weeks.  This can be for someone who is recuperating from surgery or a hospital stay and is not yet ready to venture our of their home for therapy, or for someone who does not usually leave home but has a health issue that requires the help of a licensed health professional.  Our team of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical social workers, and home health aides work with your doctor and coordinate care with hospital nutritionists, pharmacists, and other specialists.

We are trained to address a wide range of orthopedic conditions, amputation, neurologic conditions, issues related to premature birth as well as many degenerative diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.  We provide rehabilitation, infusion therapy, and wound care.

We also work extensively with children aged 0 – 3 providing nursing care and therapies for issues relating to prematurity and illnesses, neurologic impairments, and various developmental delays.
