Home Health - Physical Therapy
Anyone from newborn to elderly who has a limited ability to move and perform their daily activities can benefit from Vail Valley Physical Therapy services. This could be the result of an accident, an injury, an illness, or chronic condition that limits strength, motion, coordination, or endurance or causes pain. All our physical therapists have at least 10 years of clinical experience, are licensed in Colorado, and have extensive experience treating a wide range including pediatric, geriatric, neurologic, oncologic, orthopedic, and amputee patients
We require a physician referral and most insurance companies require that adult patients be “homebound” while we provide services. This means that for at least a few weeks it is difficult for you to leave your home. Our physical therapists will come to your home, diagnose and develop a treatment plan geared to your specific needs and help you progress towards your goals to return you to your daily activities and prevent further disability.
