Home Health - Occupational Therapy
Our Home Health Service provides Occupational Therapy in the patients' home. Our services include: - Pediatrics (starting with newborns) for developmently delayed patients
- Patients with limitations from strokes
- Patients who are not mobile
Call us at 970-569-7455 if you have questions. Our office is open from 8 am- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Skilled Nurses are on-call 24 hours a day.
