Shaw Regional Cancer Center strives to provide a fair compensation and benefits package for all employees. We do this by assessing and conducting market competitive pricing of our positions and pay practices.  

Individual pay rates are based on documented and verifiable factors such as:

  • Experience
  • Competencies
  • Education

Certain positions may be eligible for the following:

  • Shift differentials
  • On-call or call-back pay
  • Charge pay
  • PRN differential
  • Certification pay

During the pre-screening process, candidates will learn more about how they might be in-graded to the appropriate grade for their position if hired.
