Home Health
Vail Valley Home Health is dedicated to meeting the specific needs of the client and caregiver in the home. Our interdisciplinary team provides care and support to make the transition to independence easier and bridges the gap between the hospital, nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to homebound patients of all ages with a wide variety of health issues.
We serve the Vail Valley from East Vail to Dotsero, Bond, McCoy, Minturn, and Red Cliff and consider patients in Leadville on a case by case basis. If you think you or your loved one could benefit from Vail Valley Home Health services, call your doctor and request a referral. Most insurance companies require that patients be homebound to receive home health. Call us at 970-569-7455 if you have questions. Our office is open from 8 am- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Skilled Nurses are on-call 24 hours a day.
