We are a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) accredited facility. In 2008, VVMC has once again received  full accrediation to both our hospital and home health & hospice programs. 

In our continual pursuit of excellence, if there is a concern regarding patient care or safety, please notify your caregiver, the patient representative, or any member of our management team.  If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization either by calling 1-800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jcaho.org
