| Nico was recently promoted to Edwards Clinic Manager as a result of his outstanding patient care and leadership experience. Nico graduated from Georgia State University with his MPT and specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, and manual therapy. His clinical skills complement the strengths of Christy and Jen in our Edwards clinic. An avid rock climber, he has scaled many of the nation’s most notable peaks and received a bronze medal at the 2008 Teva Mountain Games in bouldering. Nico’s wife Lilly is an OB nurse at VVMC and shares his passion for rock climbing.

| Christine attended the University of Colorado for undergraduate and then for a masters and clinical doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to moving to the Vail Valley to work with the Shaw Cancer Center, she worked for three years at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. At the University she worked with a wide variety of patients from infants to adults. She has also completed her lymphedema certification since working at the Shaw Cancer Center. She moved to the mountains with her husband, dog Maggie, and two cats. She loves to be outside skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing.

Position: Occupational Therapist

Contact: 970-569-7429 |  | After receiving her BS in Psychology, Andrea decided to pursue OT and received her degree from Indiana University in 2004. She worked in pediatrics and early childhood development before moving to Vail in 2005. Specializing in elbow, wrist, and hand, Andrea enjoys rehabbing patients in the Vail inpatient, outpatient, and Edwards clinics. When she isn’t working, Andrea enjoys traveling and can usually be found exploring Vail and Beaver Creek Mountains on her bike or telemark skis.
| Jennifer Sewall
Position: Physical Therapist

Contact: 970-926-7777 or jennifer.sewall@vvmc.com | | As a graduate from Butler University in 2004, Jennifer received her Bachelor degree in Secondary Education, concentrating in athletic training. She received her Certification & Wisconsin License of Athletic Training and went on to pursue a degree in physical therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There Jennifer graduated with a Master Degree in 2006. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine since 2007 and would like to continue to professionally grow in this area of PT. Specialties include pre & post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return to sport functional rehabilitation.
