HH Brady bio 

Brady grew up in Fort Collins, CO, and moved to Eagle in 2000. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and did his graduate work at University of St. Augustine, FL. He specializes in cervical/low back and shoulder therapy. He is a strong leader for the clinic in his community service, which includes teaching local students and organizing youth sport camps. His wife, Carly, is an OTC at Howard Head and they have a daughter, Anastacia, and a son, Carter. Brady enjoys mountain biking, his dogs, and being a local middle school football coach.

Carly is a Colorado native and came to the Vail Valley from Arvada, Co.  She graduated Colorado State University in 1996 and her area of specialization is upper extremities.  Carly is married to Brady Baker, manager of our Eagle clinic, and they have 2 children together, Carter and Anastacia.  When Carly isn’t working you can find her at the park with her kids and their dog, a 1 year old schnoodle named Poppy.

Laura came to HHSMC from Lyons Colorado.  She received her undergrad at Northern Michigan University, where she was a member of their swim team, and her grad at University of St. Augustine.  When Laura has time off she enjoys doing the many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer including running, hiking, and snowboarding.

Jenelle Johns, DPT

HH Jenelle
Jenelle became a physical therapist as a result of shoulder injuries from competing on her high school swim team and her desire to help others achieve their therapy goals. She completed her undergraduate work at Colorado State University and received her graduate degree from the Washington University in St. Louis. Her credentials include Doctor of Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainer Certification. Her areas of interest are knee and shoulder rehabilitation, however, she is adept in all injury recovery. She has completed two ½ marathons and loves outdoor activities, including - among many - skiing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, and yoga.

Jonathan is a Colorado native and was born and raised in Eagle.  He lives in Eagle with his wife Carla and their newborn baby PJ.  They also have two dogs named Buddy and Peanut.  When Jonathan is not working he can be found with his numerous family members that live in the area or cheering on his favorite team, The Eagle Merchant.

HH Matt S

Matt is from Syracuse, NY. He received his degree in Physical Therapy at Nazareth College of Rochester. Matt has been to many parts of the country and has lived in the East, South and West of the United States. He enjoys all his travels as well as hiking, reading and music. His favorite vacations are Caribbean Cruises, but here in Colorado he enjoys being out in the wilderness and hiking in the woods.

Ted Weber, MSPT, MS, CSCS

Ted joins our Eagle Clinic by way of Camarillo, California. He earned his undergraduate degree at Cal Poly, San Louis Obispo and his graduate degree from Husson College. In all of his schooling, Ted has earned his masters degree in kinesiology and physical therapy and is also certified as a Sports Certified Specialist. An avid outdoorsman, Ted can be found cycling, backpacking, and participating in other outdoor adventures on his days off. He has completed a marathon in 2 hours and 38 minutes – that’s a fast 26 miles!

Brandie Yeik MS, OTC, ATC

Brandie is a local girl from Eagle, Colorado. She attended the University of Wyoming for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, and then studied for her Master degree in Sport Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her experience also includes a year long fellowship with the Steadman Hawkins Clinic. This year Brandie will be an athletic trainer with the US Women’s Alpine Ski Team and travel with them during the world cup season. Her interests include skiing, outdoor activities, and raising her chickens.
