Cardiac Disease Prevention Screening

Your FREE Screening includes immediate results for:

• Cholesterol by finger stick
• Blood Sugar levels
• Height & Weight
• Blood Pressure & Pulse
• Waist measurement

Drinking only water for a 12 hr. period before screening is recommended but not required for more accurate results.  You must be 18 years or older for this screening.   If you do not drink water regularly and are dehydrated you may be unable to take the test.
