Pilates Principles & Exercise Techniques Everyone is welcome! Howard Head Sports Medicine Centers’ Physical Therapist, Kathy Gwin, will discuss how you can use the deep stabilizing muscles of your back and neck to improve posture and decrease pain. Kathy will also demonstrate a pilates mat program that you can use for maintenance to help prevent and/or ease back and neck pain.
